All Dencroft Concrete Garages are manufactured to the highest quality, use the finest materials and are all installed to the highest specification.

Our garages are installed with the following guaranteed as standard:

WALLS

The walls are the most important aspects of your new garage. Dencroft garages are constructed using our advanced TONGUED & GROOVED INTERLOCKING PANELS. This provides added strength, rigidity and a weather proof joint. The panels are machine vibrated and reinforced with high yield steel to give an exceptionally strong concrete panel.
As standard, all garages wall panels are supplied with Cantebury Spa finish. Dencroft can also supply their garages in a range of other finishes including Derbyshire Spar, Yellow Spar, White Spar. Dencroft can also manufacture bespoke garage designs, such as the Denstone and Denbrick Garages.

UNIQUE BASE UNIT

Available on 7ft eaves models only, the panels are positioned on a steel reinforced concrete foundation unit which provides extra strength and support at the base. The unit allows for minor variations in the level of the base and enables greater alignment flexibility during the installation process.

ROOFING

The roof is manufactured using a 5” heavy duty corrugated cement fibre roof sheet (non asbestos). The maintenance free sheets are non combustible and will not rust, rot or corrode. The sheets also partially breathe which reduces the internal moisture and minimises the chance of condensation.

Each sheet is securely fitted onto specially engineered steel angle trusses which come treated with bitumen paint for long life. GARAGE DOORS

All our Garages are supplied as standard with a white powder coated up and over garage door, in a range of styles including Vertical Ribs, Horizontal Ribs, Georgian or Wood Effect.

GENERAL

All timber is treated with an attractive wood preservative. Fixings are all galvanised or zinc plated and roofing bolts incorporate rubber or plastic sealing washers. On all models “Eaves fillers” are fitted as standard. This is a preformed polyethylene foam filler which fills the gaps where the roof sheets meet the top of the wall and provides complete weather and draft protection.
